Booking DIRECT with Quail Farm Accommodation

Even if you wish to book DIRECT with us please check our rates and availability using our Booking.com listing.

Once you can see that your dates are available and have noted the expected cost, use our Quail Farm Booking Enquiry Form below to tell us your required dates and the expected cost.

We will be in touch to confirm the details with you via email or text as soon as possible, usually the same day. Please ensure you enter your phone number and email address before hitting SEND at the base of the form.

Booking THROUGH Booking.com

You are welcome to book THROUGH our Booking.com listing where you will find our rates and availability.

Bookings made THROUGH Booking.com are accepted immediately using their standard online systems.

Minimum stay 

We have a minimum of two nights stay as we love to have our guest relax and enjoy Quail Farm and all that the it has to offer.

Single night stays

However if you wish to stay one night please use the Quail Farm Booking Enquiry Form below to tell us your requirements – subject to availability we will endeavour to accommodate you.

Payment Currency
All amounts are in $NZ

Making payments DIRECT to Quail Farm Accomodation
Deposit
We require a non-refundable 10% Deposit within 48 hours to secure your booking. Once the Deposit is received we will confirm your booking.
Balance
The Balance is to be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date.

Bank Account
Please make your payments to our New Zealand bank account by direct debit to Westpac 03-0419-0154420-04 with the date of your first night and your surname in the reference detail sections.

Making payments THROUGH Booking.com
Please use the Booking.com payment system and according to their procedures and policies.

Cancellation and Refund policy

Bookings made DIRECT with Quail Farm Accomodation
If you cancel your booking there is no refund of the 10% non-refundable Deposit.
If you cancel 8 days or more BEFORE your arrival date the Balance payment you have made is refunded to a New Zealand bank account.
If you cancel 7 days or CLOSER to your arrival date there is no refund of your Balance payment.

Guest policy

Covid 19
Quality safety procedures are in place.

Children
Sorry we do not not feel Quail Farm is suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Noise
The farm is secluded and quiet and we ask that you respect the other guests and are quiet after 9pm.

Swimming
The swimming pool is not patrolled and you use it at your own risk. People under 16 must be supervised by an adult.

Farm hazards
The farm has occasional life-style block equipment movements, water troughs, electric fences and other typical life-style block hazards.

Property hazards
Lavender Studio has a wooden staircase, and some of the paths are uneven.

Dogs
Sorry no pets can be brought with you.

Fire Restrictions
Chiminea fires are restricted in fire-season.
